Renta de Maquinaria SLU has an equality plan that reflects the commitment of the company to ensure and raise awareness about equal treatment and opportunities between women and men. The commitment is based on the following headings:
Compliance with the applicable legislation regarding equal opportunities and, in particular, to develop the obligations derived from the Organic Law 3/07 for Effective Equality between Women and Men.
Compliance with the commitments resulting from our adhesion to the United Nations Global Compact (Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the UN and Declaration of the Fundamental Principles of Right in the Work of the International Labor Organization).
Equal opportunities promoting non-discrimination based on race, nationality, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, ideology, religion or any other personal, physical or social condition of its employees; as well as equal opportunities among them. Equal treatment between men and women will be promoted in terms of access to employment, training, remuneration and professional promotion.
Promotion and monitoring of the existence of a work environment free of any manifestation of violence, physical, sexual, sexual, psychological, moral, abuse of authority at work and any other conduct that creates an intimidating or offensive environment for the rights of its employees and rejection of said behaviors.

Social responsibility with the community
As a solid and committed company to the community since 1972, Renta de Maquinaria SLU collaborates voluntarily and altruistically with different charities such as Cáritas or Banco de Alimentos; as well as sponsoring of cultural and sports events with the City Hall of Seville, the City Hall of Alcalá de Guadaira and the Club Ciencias Rugby Sevilla.
